Disclaimers

Educational Purpose

Our content is for learning and information only and is not professional advice for a specific situation. For matters that need expert guidance, please consult a qualified professional.

No Warranties

The services are provided as is. We work to keep them stable and the content accurate, but we do not guarantee that they will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, MMA is not liable for damage arising from your use of the services. This does not remove any rights you have that the law does not allow to be excluded.

Payments and Refunds

Some courses and memberships are paid, and prices are shown before you sign up. MMA currently takes payment by bank transfer (VietQR) and activates access once the money is received.

If you are not satisfied with a membership, you can request a refund within the period stated on the Membership page (currently 14 days) from when it was activated. This only covers time you paid for, not time given to you as a gift. Once a request is approved, access for that period ends.

Users Under 18

If you are under 18, please read these Terms with a parent or guardian and get their agreement before creating an account or making a payment.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, or when needed to protect the services and other users. We will give notice first where we can. You may stop using the services at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Both sides will first try to settle any dispute by negotiation; failing that, it will be resolved by the competent authority under Vietnamese law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will show the update date on this page. For important changes, we will try to give at least 30 days' notice. If you keep using the services after a change takes effect, you are considered to have accepted the new terms.
